Rate limited
This endpoint is the most restricted tool on the site. A short wait after several saves is expected.
Not a story viewer
Active 24-hour stories belong on the story viewer. This page will not look up a username's story ring.
No login
No TikTok account, no password, no extension. A public link is enough.
Personal use
Saving a public file does not grant a license to republish it. Keep copies for personal use unless the creator says otherwise.

In TikTok, open the video, tap Share, then Copy Link. You need a video URL, not a profile.
